Join us for an evening of dance, connection & self-discovery.

This is a facilitated session of relational conscious dance, welcoming to all. Explore dance as a language of embodied communication, to express, invite, say yes and no, co-create. By the end, we’ll be dancing with the whole room, moving together as individuals and as a collective.

In CBC, the dance is a metaphor and a practice for how we move through life.

- Partner and Group Exercises focused on trust, support, and non-verbal communication
