Join me on Zoom every Monday to begin your week with focus, clarity and presence.

These sessions are a powerful blend of somatic practices weaving guided movement, self inquiry and conscious connected breathwork to AWAKEN and FEEL what needs to be released, reset our nervous system and be with what’s ALIVE for you in that moment.

An inner journey and portal towards wholeness supported by community. 

Session details:

We begin with a quick group check in and intro talk followed by 25 minutes of Embodied Movement (a blend of Qigong, authentic movement and free form dance) + 20 minutes of Reset Breathwork ending with relaxation and integration circle.

Facilitating  is such an honor, to provide a space that encourages nourishment for others is what brings me joy. I’m driven to create sessions that give people a chance to explore their bodies, nourish their souls & reconnect to their power within. 

A short intuitive movement combined with conscious connected breathwork is my go-to practice when I feel unclear or stuck in life.

It allows me to reconnect to all parts of my being, boost my energy level and reset my nervous system into balance and flow. .
